What is a limited edition?
Conventionally a limited edition is a one-off production run of 1,000 books or less. It means there will be no reprints. Our folios are individually numbered, and we have a small number of signed copies as well.
What if I want a specific number?
By all means ask. But as the folios sell down, your chances of getting the number you want will diminish.
What are my buying options?
Through our partner Books Kinokuniya, a specialist architecture bookshop in Sydney, Australia:
1) Buy online using a credit card;
2) Order and pay by telephone by contacting Books Kinokuniya on +61 2 82514518 during Australian business hours.
3) Visit the bookshop at The Galeries, Level 2, 500 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.
Alternatively ask your local bookshop to source it for you; we're happy to supply other bookshops.
What is the price of the folio?
There are two editions available and their contents and prices are listed here.
What are the shipping rates?
Folios are priced by Books Kinokuniya inclusive of insurance and these shipping rates:

International AU$100
Or contact Books Kinokuniya if you have special shipping requirements.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes. Books Kinokuniya only ship after having received payment, including the cost of shipping and insurance.
Will I get confirmation of my order?
Yes. Your order will be acknowledged and the delivery address confirmed prior to shipping.
How will the folio be shipped?
We ship all folios by Australia Post 'express e-parcel' in specially designed inner and outer shipping boxes.
How long will delivery take?
Shipping is quick. Once the folio is on its way, it usually arrives within a week at the destination. Processing of your order normally takes 3-5 working days, however since COVID shipping services generally have been slower than pre-COVID.
Am I liable for any duties or taxes?
Yes, if customs in your country charge import duties and/or taxes. Each country is different. Currently no such charges are applied in the USA or the UK.
What if thE FOLIO is damaged in transport?
All folios are insured during shipping. In case of damage please contact a staff member at Books Kinokuniya Sydney to arrange the best method of return depending on circumstances. Upon return of the damaged folio, we will ship a new folio to you. Please note that the limited edition folios are individually numbered and the replacement folio will be of a different number, and a signed copy may not be replaced with another signed copy.
Can I return the folio and receive my money back?
You can return the folio for an exchange or a credit voucher in store, but not a refund, provided you notify Books Kinokuniya within 30 days of your purchase; You will be responsible for the safe return and associated costs – please refer to the Books Kinokuniya terms & conditions.
Where goods are faulty you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit voucher.
I want to make it a gift
If it is a gift we can send the paperwork and invoice to a separate address. The online ordering system provides the option for a billing address in addition to the delivery address.
