Sales

Sales are made through Books Kinokuniya in Sydney, Australia, and are subject to availability. 

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch.

Price and currency

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars AUD. Despatches within Australia are inclusive of GST. Overseas orders are GST exclusive, and local taxes that apply is the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery address

Books Kinokuniya will deliver to a physical address only, not to a Post Office Box. For special needs please contact a staff member at Books Kinokuniya Sydney. All deliveries must be signed for.

Shipping rates and times (including insurance)

All deliveries are shipped in special shipping cartons by Australia Post 'express e-parcel' and are insured during transit.

Books Kinokuniya shipping rates are:
For Sydney $30
Rest of Australia $50
International AU$150

Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment. We will advise you as soon as your order has been shipped, and when you can expect delivery.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the folio it may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided we are notified prior to its return. The folio must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and by the same or similar method by which it was sent to you. Safe return shipment and any associated costs are the buyer's responsibility.

We will also authorise a return if the book is damaged in transit or there is a production fault. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item/s for the return to be authorised and proof of purchase must accompany any return we approve. Please contact a staff member at Books Kinokuniya Sydney to arrange the best method of return depending on circumstances. 

Refunds

In the case of a change of mind Books Kinokuniya Sydney will gladly exchange or issue a credit voucher in store (but not a refund) within 30 days of purchase with receipt for proof of purchase. Please note that in case of a change of mind the costs of returning the folio and any other costs associated with the return of a folio are to be borne by the returnee. All goods must be in original condition including shrink wrapping.

Where goods are faulty you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit voucher.
